- Operation Strategy
We work closely with our Client on both short-term and long-term strategies for Asian marketplace, first to gain brand awareness, then grow sales and demand by leveraging different tools and mechanisms provided by the marketplaces, including performance marketing tools, promotion campaign mechanisms, livestreaming portals, merchandizing engine and customer service chat tools.
- Marketing Campaign and Demand Generation
We align with our clients’ marketing team on their objectives (brand building, sales target, etc.), and provide a proposal with a budget for brand marketing and performance marketing on a quarterly basis. Then, for each week, we divide the budget into different channel spends with respective weekly budgets. We execute on these plans and review the achievements with our clients on a weekly basis.

Our customer care team provides real-time customer service based on marketplace requirements, and offer customer-review moderation on marketplaces’ forum.
